Description

  -date has been fixed for Sat July 12, 2025 or any Saturday in July and the Bishop has agreed to officiate.

 - Time is 11am (to accommodate our Order priests, priests from the Deanery and the diocese as they can get back to their parishes for the vigil mass, and reasonably easy for working people).

-No Saturday evening mass.

-Choir to prepare special hymns/ Order of Service

-Refreshments at the town hall at 1pm?

-Release of the commemorative book (hopefully ready by then).

-Preferred date and time: Previous day evening at 7 (Friday).

-Invite Churches Together and people from the town.

-Choir to prepare hymns

-Video presentation and Light refreshments in the townhall after the service in the church?

Presentation on the History of St Aldhelm's (Commemorative Book)

-Open to people in the town, parish, and beyond.

-Duration: 1.5 hours.

Presentation on the History of St Aldhelm's, with a special focus on St Joseph’s School (Commemorative Book)

Venue: School Hall

-For the school staff, children and parents

-Invite Sisters of St Joseph to be part of this session, who can also speak about the history of the school
