PARISH ACTIVITIES IN THE HALL

Weekly

First Holy Communion Course which run from 3-4 months during the year. 

Confirmation Course which run from 3-4 months, every alternate year.

Thursday Coffee morning: 20-25 parishioners after Thursday morning mass gather for coffee and chat, sometimes discuss day today activities to be completed in the parish. 

Sunday Coffee after 10.30 am mass: 50-60 parishioners, an opportunity to welcome new members to the parish. 

Mothers Prayer: Every Monday after 10 am mass 

Children’s Liturgy: During 10.30 am mass, 15-20 children with the 2/3 children’s liturgy animators,

Money count: 2-3 members, every third Monday, need a decent space to be seated, and count the money.

Monthly:

Youth Group: For 15-20 children with 4 youth group leaders.  Need more space for indoor activities/games. 

Periodically

Pastoral Council: Once in two months, 

Finance Committee: Once in two months, 10-13 members, 

RCIA Program: Whenever the candidates need to be prepared.

Christmas Sale/ Fund raising programs: Hall needed to display items, specially when rainy and cold.

Social Gatherings/ Parish Party: 80-100 members 

Parish Retreat/Seminar (specially during lent and advent): 30-40 members, half a day, with more space for movement.

Alcoholics Anonymous: Monthly, 10-15 members

CTiM: Churches together in Malmesbury, once in two months, duration one hour.

Preparing Couples for Marriage: Need a decent space to accommodate couples to prepare them for marriage.

Clergy to meet parishioners or anyone, need a decent space, also for safeguarding purposes.

Occasionally bring in sick/homebound parishioners with special arrangement, so they get a chance to be together for a coffee (not happening yet, but if we have a decent place, we think of doing it).

Anniversaries/Birthdays: If families want to hire the hall to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries of every kind!
